Ana finally feels at peace in love.
Ana used to overthink every text. If something felt even a little off, she'd get anxious, look for reassurance, and spiral when a reply didn't come.
In our work together, she started to understand where those reactions came from and how to calm them. She learned she doesn't have to act on every anxious thought, or let someone else's behavior decide how she feels.
Today she can enjoy love without bracing for what might go wrong. She feels secure in herself, even when things are uncertain.

Danielle stopped losing herself in relationships.
Danielle always put her relationships first and herself last. She ignored what bothered her, avoided hard conversations, and did whatever it took to keep the peace. Even when she knew something wasn't right, leaving felt harder than staying.
In our sessions, she saw how much of herself she'd been giving up. She learned to say what she wants and stopped carrying the weight of making every relationship work.
Now she knows she can love someone without sacrificing herself.
03
Mariana learned to stop feeling guilty for saying no.
Mariana was the one everyone counted on. Always available, always understanding, always ready to help, even when she was running on empty. She just never gave herself the same care. Every time she tried to set a boundary, the guilt took over.
Together we looked at why letting someone else down felt worse than letting herself down. She practiced saying no without overexplaining or apologizing for having needs.
She still cares deeply about people. She just won't abandon herself to keep everyone happy anymore.

Jessica finally understood why she kept repeating the same patterns.
Jessica couldn't figure out why her relationships kept ending the same way. Different people, same disappointment, same uncertainty, same exhaustion. She knew exactly what she didn't want, and still kept ending up there.
Through our work, she started to see the patterns she'd come to think of as normal, and why she kept accepting things that hurt her. She stopped brushing off early red flags and began choosing differently.
Now she's intentional about who she lets into her life and what she's willing to accept.
